Shipping and Delivery

SimpleModern currently delivers orders to valid addresses within the United States.

All U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping. Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days of standard carrier transit after dispatch.

Tracking details will be supplied once the package has shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, incorrect address information, seasonal demand, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order is shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. Any eligible return or exchange will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Qualifying merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days following delivery. Where applicable, approved returns may receive merchant-paid return shipping, subject to the requirements and exclusions contained in the Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and generally require 5–10 business days after issuance to appear. The actual time may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
